Every verified Agent ID starts with four shares. The activity check decides how many of those lot-one shares are free; a wallet below the threshold pays full price for all four.

Unused quota stays on your identity. Once the token is live it converts at 10:1, and every paid mint by an invitee still pays you 4.4%.

Lot one is flat 0.4 USDT for four shares per Agent ID. Active Agent wallets take free shares inside those first 444 shares, and a wallet below the activity threshold pays full price. Phase 2 prices compound 0.4% every 10 shares. Phase 3 is flat 2 USDT once the pool is open.
What a lot actually is
One share = 100,000 LOT
Shares are the unit of sale. The LOT amount is fixed at issuance, so the price per token falls as the ladder rises.
Delivered at mint, unused quota as certificates
The principal and the instant rebate reach the wallet in the mint transaction. Unused quota is recorded as a certificate and converts to LOT at 10:1 once the pool opens at share 4,444.
10:1 claim slots after open
Post-open mints do not create certificates. Every 10 shares minted grants one claim slot that converts to LOT on redemption.
A 1% fee applies to buys and sells.
Rebates are paid from the 1,333,320,000 LOT distribution allocation, not from the liquidity share of the payment, and never on free shares.
Only the ladder allocation is mintable. The pool allocation is released when liquidity is added at share 4,444.
Sellers list minted LOT by the share once trading opens, and buyers take the listings off the book. The 1% trading fee applies to both sides.

Tasks, invites, and the mint rebate
The +10 lands once, and only after all 4 tasks are confirmed.
Each task is confirmed once per Agent ID. The ops wallet reviews the link you submit against the launch post, then the single +10 is credited.
Counted once a wallet arrives through your link and runs its activity check.
Rebates are calculated on paid shares only. Free shares earn nothing for either side.
Only invitees who have paid for shares earn quota and rebates. Free mints do not count.
