LOT: one lot, 44,444 shares

LOT sells 44,444 shares to wallets that hold a Binance .ai Agent ID. Each share converts to 100,000 LOT. Pricing follows a three-phase ladder and the proceeds are committed to a PancakeSwap V2 pool that opens once share 4,444 is sold.

1. Eligibility

The mint gate is the sending wallet. It must hold a .ai Agent ID issued through the Binance Agentic Wallet programme. A wallet without an Agent ID cannot mint at any price and receives no quota.

2. Issuance ladder

Three phases cover the full 44,444 shares. The ladder is monotonic: price never falls as shares are sold.

A single transaction may cross a price boundary. When it does, each share in the transaction is charged its own band price and the total is the sum, so a multi-share mint is never charged more than the bands it actually consumes.

3. Quota

Quota is a share budget, not a transaction budget. Every verified Agent ID receives 4 base shares. Quota is additive:

A maximum of 12 shares may be minted per transaction. Quota above that is spent over multiple transactions. Unused quota is not lost: once the token is live it converts at the published 10:1 ratio.

The lot-one cap and the quota are counted separately. A wallet that has taken its four lot-one shares still holds the rest of its quota; that quota becomes spendable from share 445 onward, when lot two opens. Nothing is forfeited by waiting.

4. Rewards and rebates

Rebates come from the LOT allocation reserved for distribution and are not taken out of the liquidity share of a payment.

5. Fund allocation

A mint can be paid in USDT or BNB. Both rails run the same contract path, the same quota and the same rebate rules. When 4,444 shares have been minted, the liquidity pool is added and its permissions are discarded; every share minted after that is used to buy back and burn LOT.

6. Supply

Total supply is 4,444,000,000 LOT, fixed at deployment. Only the ladder allocation is mintable; the rest is reserved and released by rule.

7. Certificates and claims

A mint delivers its LOT to the wallet in the mint transaction: the principal for every share minted, plus the 10% instant rebate. Nothing is held back at mint time. What is deferred is unused quota. Quota you have not spent is recorded as a certificate and converts to LOT at the published 10:1 ratio once the pool opens at share 4,444; after that point mints grant claim slots in the vault instead of certificates, and slots are redeemed for LOT on demand.

8. Pool and trading fee

When share 4,444 is sold, the held liquidity is paired with LOT on PancakeSwap V2 and the pair goes live. From that point lot three pricing applies.

A 1% fee applies to buys and sells.

8b. Market

Trading opens together with the pool, once 4,444 shares have been minted. Sellers list the LOT they minted and sell it by the share: one share is 100,000 LOT, the same unit the ladder sold. Buyers take open listings off the book at the seller's price.

9. Contracts

The mint contract is the only address that accepts payment. Never send USDT, BNB or LOT directly to a contract. Addresses are published in the site footer once deployed.
